available dogs
90% of our dogs are within Macedonia and will only travel to the UK once adopted (following our adoption process below).
We do have a small selection of dogs within the UK already, the majority being at our UK rescue back up kennels in Nottinghamshire. These dogs can be met in advance after we have had a video call home check and arranged by appointment (we are not an open kennel).
Due to limited kennel space, we are not able to bring dogs over to meet in the UK before deciding to adopt.
Please click on the links below to see all our current available dogs. These pages are updated regularly so do keep checking back if you can't find the right dog for you.
OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
Our process allows us to match you with the Pawfect set of paws to join your home!
Step One
Application Form
Click on the link below to fill in the application form. Please give as much information as possible on the form - it is our first impression of you and your lifestyle. The more we know, the better we can match you!
STEP TWO
Arranged Group Chat
Yourself and some of our adoption team will start a group chat to discuss your experience, expectations and to fact gather. We will also require a video of your home and garden at this point to make sure it's suitable for the dog you've applied for or want to be matched with.
STEP THREE
Homecheck
We will speak to you either in person or live on video call (depending on your location).
At the homecheck stage, we will run through your form to check the details we have are right and will also talk through common situations which can occur post adoption and answer any questions you have.
Examples of topics we may discuss:
- Preparing for arrival including food, kit and specific dog requirements
- Decompression and the settling period
- Toilet Training
- Crate Training
- Chewing, jumping, barking
- Fear and Stress
- Introductions to people and other animals
- Importance of professional training
STEP four
Reservation
If the adoption team and yourselves agree that the homecheck has been successful and you are a suitable home to adopt, we will ask for a non refundable deposit to reserve the dog.
The remainder of the adoption fee is due a week before the dogs depart Macedonia (or on collection if adopting from the UK).
All adopters are included in a transport chat on Facebook (if your dog is travelling directly from Macedonia) with other adopters on your transport date. All adopters are provided with a pre-adoption pack and we have a group call between 1-2 weeks before departure to run through the pack and other information required.
