Loki

Loki was just a 1 month old puppy when he was found under one of our rescuers cars. When they reached to get him out, he bolted to their house and lived in the yard for a week before he had enough trust to approach someone. After one week he was brave enough to come over to one of our rescuers, who he'd seen around. Since then he's been all cuddles and love! He is a really gorgeous, big bear.

Loki is now approximately 5 months old. He is a big boy already for a puppy. We suspect he will grown to large to extra large sized when fully grown.
He would suit a home with a resident dog already, but this is not a requirement. He adores dogs, no matter their age or size.

He has been around our rescuers three young children, he tends to keep his distance and isn't too sure on young, loud kids although he shows no aggression whatsoever. We would prefer any children in the home to be 12+ mainly due to the size he will grow too. We would however consider an application from children younger if they were extremely dog savvy and experienced around large to extra large breeds.

Loki really does love his feline friends, too much sometimes! He loves to play rough with them and lick them. He means no harm at all, but if he is to live with a cat they must be used to larger dogs company and not be phased by some friendly rough and tumble!

Like all puppies, Loki will need committed owners who are willing to take the time to train and guide him. We would prefer someone who is experienced with larger dogs. He is not a difficult dog at all but he will need someone committed and ready for the puppy phase with a large dog.
